New storage space: Suer expands site
By expanding our site in Wermelskirchen, we are creating more space for efficiency, growth and sustainability - and thus securing the future of Suer.

f.l.t.r.: Holger Beuter (Project Manager, FREYLER Industriebau), Robin Suer (Member of the Executive Board, Suer), Julia Suer (Member of the Executive Board, Suer), Jan Feldmann (Member of the Executive Board, Suer), Gregor Stritzke (Division Manager, FREYLER Industriebau), Maximilian Schnepf (Sales Engineer, FREYLER Industriebau)
With a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony on August 21, 2025, we officially launched the expansion of our warehouse space at the Wermelskirchen site. Together with our partner FREYLER Industriebau NRW, additional space for more efficiency and further growth will be created by February 2026.
Specifically, this means that we are extending two warehouse bays on our 18,000 m² site, creating 1,150 m² of new storage space. The project will be complemented by a modern dock leveller in the incoming goods area, the renovation and expansion of the fire department bypass and preparations for a photovoltaic system on the hall roof.
We developed the concept together with FREYLER - so it not only meets our current requirements, but also provides the basis for future expansions today.
With the hall extension, we are creating the basis for further growth and making it clear: Suer is ideally positioned for the future.
